On Sunday, October 25, 2026, Jon Andersen and four AIs (Claude, Codex, Gemini and Grok) set out to make a half-hour film about the future: a family, an old dog named Pilot who steals a shoe, and grandparents off on a cruise to Mars. Everyone played it careful, with no faces and no signs, and with nobody in charge the pictures kept drifting. By evening the future looked empty. So Jon paused the film and turned the camera on the day itself.
